The question of whether governments should push or require people on a bicycle to wear helmets is an awfully delicate subject; the Internet is filled with angry partisans on both side. In my latest column for Governing Magazine,"Zen and the Art of Bicycling" I give my take on the subject. I basically say that pushing bicycle helmets is not the way to make cycling safer, and may even make it more dangerous.Categories: Transportation | bicycles
